Basic Rules

All attendees must have a valid I.D. No backpacks, duffel bags, or large purses. Absolutely no weapons allowed. No ticket refunds. Rain or Shine Event. *Fusion Events reserves the right to refuse access to concert to anyone.

Where can I purchase tickets? Will tickets be available at the gate?

Tickets will be available at the gate unless the event is sold out beforehand. ATM's will be on site. Bars will accept cash and card.

What payment forms are accepted at the event?

Yes! Users can add video from YouTube or Vimeo with ease:

1. Enter App Settings
2. Click the "Manage Questions" button
3. Click on the question you would like to attach a video to
4. When editing your answer, click on the video icon and then paste the YouTube or Vimeo video URL
5. That's it! A thumbnail of your video will appear in answer text box

Smoking policy?

Smoking will only be allowed in designated smoking areas.

What does Platinum VIP offer?

Platinum VIP offers a VIP Ticket along with 5 free drinks and a seperate section with a bar and restrooms for Platinum ticket holders onlty.

Refund Policy?

True Blue Music Concert is unable to offer refunds after a ticket has been purchased. However, a refund may be issued when an event is canceled. This is a rain or shine event.

In the unfortunate event that an event is canceled, a refund in the amount of the face value of the ticket (not including service and delivery fees) will be issued. Service and delivery fees will not be refunded. The event promoter will have control over refund availability and/or duration. However, if you find someone willing to go in your place between now and the event date, we do recommend making the necessary change to the ticket so it coincides with the attendee's personal ID. This can be done by messaging our website with the new information on the new ticket holder.

Where do we park?

There is limited parking downtown in Menomonie. There will be 2 to 3 designated parking lots that FREE shuttles will transport ticket holders to and from the concert grounds starting at 3 pm and ending at 11:30 pm.

Do I need my Student ID with my Student Ticket?

Yes. You will be required to show your Student ID when checking in at the Main Gate.
